Project details

RUWA delivered extensive structural, façade, core and shell finishes, MEP systems, and comprehensive landscape and hardscape works. The project focused on enhancing accessibility, visual identity, and long-term usability while preserving environmental and community values. Completed within 12 months, the project reflects RUWA’s capability in delivering complex outdoor and mixed-use public environments with strong aesthetic and functional outcomes.
